Corrections and accuracy reports
If you see something inaccurate — a license number that does not match state records, a company that has closed, a rebate program that has expired, a cost range that does not match your local market — email editorial@comparehvacpro.com. Please include the page URL and a one-line description of what’s wrong.
Our commitment. We review every correction request. If the report is valid, we update the affected page, date-stamp the change, and add an entry to our corrections log for material corrections. Typical turnaround is under a week.

Questions about a quote you received, a provider you were matched with, or anything else on the homeowner side: support@comparehvacpro.com. We do not dispatch contractors directly — we connect you with the providers you pick — but we do follow up on any reported issue with a matched provider, and we delist providers who are the subject of a pattern of complaints.
